Meaningful change and growth is made possible by the challenging and rewarding process of cultivating an authentic relationship with our thoughts, emotions, needs, gifts and aspirations. My aim is to partner with each client to co-create a space where this process can unfold, and to hold that space with a warm, authentic, and grounding presence. I strive to help you explore your challenges while empowering your growth. Within our work together, your experiences will be affirmed and your identities celebrated. In order to help you reach your goals, we will collaborate on a treatment plan that incorporates your values and strengths. I pull from a variety of frameworks to meet each person’s specific needs (see below). My therapeutic approach is informed by evidence-based treatments and ongoing study of mindfulness and body-awareness practices.
